Sełf harm relapse and hinting to my friends?
So even though I am 181 days clean, Im struggling with self harm more than I have before. If I start again then it will be the end of me and ill simply kill myself. On another note, I want to let some of my friends know that I used to cut but straight up telling them isn't an option so are there ways I could hint it or??

Dont do it everytime you feel like it go for a run it'll help. And to show your friends lets see well you know when you stretch and sometimes you shirt goes up try that Im assuming your scars are on your writs so uncover them if they ask good if not try to catch them staring and tell them about what happened and then tell them if they can do you a favor and make sure to check on you till you dont fill the need anymore or to take you out more often or remind you to run something to keep you safe ha
First of all, please don't cut. It's not worth all the pain the scars leave. Great job on being clean for that long! Don't you want to be able to say you've been clean for a whole year? Because you're almost there!
If you really want your friends to know them maybe you can "accidentally" show off your scars? Like maybe wear a short sleeve shirt and they'll see your scars and ask you about it?
Just remember to keep the blade down. I know it all hurts right now, but trust me Hun, it gets better. You're putting yourself in danger when you're slicing up your skin. It can lead to an infection, or worse, you can cut a vain. That can lead to so many horrible things so please don't hurt yourself anymore.
