There could be many things as to what you re describing could be. However, there honestly isn t much to fear in this case. If it were skin cancer you would have seen a noticeable change by now, i.e in colour and or sizing of the deformity. It could just be a freckle, or even a mole. I wouldn t be too concerned, as even if it were skin cancer 96% survive, and it would be easily operated on.
The most importantly thing is not to stress yourself to the point in which you are causing other health problems, such as lack of sleep. Practice box breathing until your diagnoses, for five minutes at a time. If you go to the gym I recommend doing this before your workout. Start by exhaling all air from your lungs, and hold your breath for four seconds. Inhale for four seconds, and proceed to hold for another four, and then exhale for four seconds. Repeat this for five minutes.
Furthermore, if it turns out to be something simple as a mole or freckle. Take a cotton ball and dip it in pure organic apple cider vinegar and apply it to the area over night. This will remove it entirely, and any redness should heal in a matter of days.
