Why are the cases shorter on leverevolution cartridges than any other manufacturer? How will this effect reloading? Will I have to reload these shorter cases with leverevolution projectiles only or can I use what I normally use?

I haven't seen them so I can't say, but all cartridges have specific minimum and maximum lengths for the case, so they can't be more than about .010" different than any other case of the same caliber. (eg. min .30'06 length is 2.484, max is 2.494)
Load them like you would any other case, or, if you're that concerned call Hornady, cause if the cases are that much different that would indicate a problem.
If you mean the cartridge overall length, thats meaningless...different projectiles protrude differently, and once fired you can reload any proper diameter and weight projectile.
The cases for the LEVERevolution ammo is the same length as any other case. If it were too short excessive head space would make them not fire properly.
The cartridge overall length is shorter due to the shape of the bullets.
www.chuckhawks.com/leverevolution.htm. here is a link i think you will have to buy the bullets as there pritory to hornady ok thanks
