The question is, do you remember it a while before it happens or the second before it happens? Because my psychology teacher said your brain processes whats happening before you realize what you are seeing so it feels familiar. Also what you see could remind you of something that has really happened before and you just can't remember. Or you could just subconsciously notice all the events and just not really realize that you know its bound to happen... or you're psychic...

Yeah that is so weird, it happens to me all the time. Things that I've never done or witnessed appears like Déja-vu!
