First of all Zukav is not a physicist. He did get a degree from Harvard in International Relations but he is not a physicist in any way shape or form.

Zukav's philosophy is a blend of spiritualism and eastern religious catch phrases.

He read just enough physics to get it mixed up with oriental mysticism for his popular book The Dancing Wu Li Masters.

His other books degenerate into the typical mush of motivational material.

Considering life is a state of being, rather than a physical conscious individual being, I'm not sure how it can be either fair or unfair, and, for that matter, be held accountable for its actions.
