Actually no. I live in a town of 24,000 people, and the rate for is flat rate no matter where you go in town. It is $3.75 for people 18 to 60. Over 60 and disabled is $2.50, kids 7 to 17 it is $2.75, and kids 6 and under it is $1.75 as they are with an adult.
