The rest need to be trained

Servine Level 28
Tranquill Level 26

Darumaka Level 28
Where and how is the best place to train these pokémon?

the place you are currently at will be best for training (route closest to current gym) s good trick is to send out the Pokemon you want to train first then switch to your best Pokemon and beat the pokemon you are fighting. 2 Pokemon trained with one stonne
