Well the problem is one of two things:

1. Your accounts age is set too low (below 13yrs)

2. If your account is old enough then your PS3 won't let you access the EULA due to your content restrictions being set to OFF for that sub account.

If your problem is 1. your hosed; you have to be 13 to access HOME

If your problem is 2. then: log in to the Master account (which controls that sub account)> go over to account settings (above the PSN Icon on the XMB)> select manage sub-accounts(you will have to enter the master account password)>pick which sub-account to change> go to the content restrictions option and set it to ON

Go play HOME!

I know setting the restriction to ON is a bit counter-intuitive but it works.

Also:

If its your MASTER ACCOUNT that is having this error then try this fix:

Go to your security settings of that master account then select Parental Controls

>then put in 0000 (thats the standard code if it has not already been set)

> select lvl 11 as the control setting after you hit accept it will show a screen after that with a check box saying restrict starting a game with no parental control settings uncheck that box and select ok

>You should be all set. You can then go back in and turn the parental settings back to normal later on.

thats weird, for home it said you werent old enough?? well just go on your brothers master account then go to playstation network>then go to account management>, then under account information it should say sub-account management or something like that, press it then the parental setting should be under it..then just change it...........if that doesnt work go to settings and change the parental controls

I think u should try to turn of parental control or play on ur borthers account. becuase u cant change the age.
