Luke chapter 1 of the Holy Bible does not mention anyone accompanying Mary in her going to the hill country of Judea but it is quite unthinkable that she would embark on a journey (about three days walk) by herself. So if you think that she was accompanied by someone or more people, who do you think would the person(s) be?

St. Luke's Gospel doesn't say.
In some pictures of the Visitation of Mary to her cousin, St. Elizabeth, that I've seen, she is accompanied by St. Joseph.
But, I've always thought St. Joseph never found out about Our Lady's Pregnancy, until after she returned from visiting Sts. Elizabeth, Zechariah, & John.
In many times and cultures, a woman traveling would have been accompanied by a brother, cousin, uncle, or other near male relative. A wealthy woman would probably also have had body servants, and at least one other woman in her party. Although Mary's traveling companion(s) are not mentioned, they probably existed.
you are quite right - she was accompanied by the tooth fairy and they played 'I Spy' all the way there
