I’m 28, 4’11” and weigh around 85-87 pounds and I’m very sensitive in my private area. The only thing I can handle down there is masturbation. I can’t use tampons because they hurt just as bad as paps do. My gyno doesn’t have small enough instruments and that is the smallest the company makes. I’m still a Virgin and I’m on birth control for my heavy periods.
In my state, legally if you’re on any type of birth control, you must get annual paps. I have never had a full on Pap smear because every time I scream bloody murder because it’s excruciatingly painful. They won’t put me under or on the laughing gas, but they have given me anti anxiety pills and muscle relaxers and neither have worked. I feel like if my gyno clinic had smaller instruments it wouldn’t hurt as bad.
My mom calls me a wuss and a baby. But she weighs a whole lot more than me like 160. I’ve tried getting my gyno and the clinic head to use another method besides paps, there are non Pap ways to test that are FDA approved and they still would rather do it the old school way. I was told by gyno that they aren’t allowed to put someone under for ten minutes, only 30 and up. What do I do?

You asked this SAME QUESTION 6 months ago. It sounds like you have vaginismus.
If your doctor has not talked with you about this, then you need a better doctor. You need to call around and see if you can find not only a female GYNO but one who will at LEAST use a LUBRICANT.
NEXT in talking you need to find out whether any (in your area) are allowed to put you under a "local" anesthetic, to get a pap smear done. A "Local anesthetic" is not a GENERAL anesthetic - you are NOT put to sleep. YOU MISUNDERSTOOD what you were told LAST TIME. (It is also like what is done for removing a tooth at the dentist). They give you a deadening shot nearby at the dentist, or wipe the area with a deadening agent.
Women with the Vaginismus CONDITION have a vagina works normally, but they clenches the muscles that prevent the doctor from doing a proper exam. This is what vaginismus is, where you consciously OR subconsciously clench those muscles and prevent insertion of anything.
Despite your THEORY that your SIZE is the issue; it is NOT. I am 5 feet tall - or used to be. All adult vaginas are the SAME SIZE (at least before a baby arrives). Yours might be somewhat tight due to be a virgin, but more likely due to lack of lubrication and FEAR. Mine was tighter (and more painful) when I tried to have SEX the first time than going to see the Dr. to get a pap smear and birth control at about 100 lbs. And I wanted to have sex, but what was going IN, was a lot bigger than anything my DR. had used. (Give me a BREAK!!!) We tried and tried, I cried & cried over that penis (tying to invade me.) We figured out POSITIONING could help with that, so never fear. As to tampons - many ARE DRY (or used to be) going in - a real LACK of any lubricant. I never liked using them either, but I did get to liking SEX - just FINE.
It would also HELP, if you tried to and managed to have an orgasm prior to the pap smear, via masturbation. Obviously, do not "clean-up" (inside) before you see the Dr. since you need your natural lubrication, plus hopefully... any extra the DR. offers, IF they understand you suffer from this condition. I will bet once you go through this successfully, it will go MUCH better, thereafter.
