So 2 weeks gone this Saturday I bent over for the mail and a massive pain just came, the first week I could barely move with spasms and pain, this week the pain is now travelling down my leg with me sings of getting better ? Any idea of what it could be ? I’ve pulled a muscle before and it’s never been like this pain and this long before that usually clears within a week!m?

Also I’ve been of college the last 2 weeks do you think I I could still get a sick note if I ask my doctor tomorrow or is it to late ? My lecture suggested me getting one so I still get funding ? As I’ve hardly been able to move let alone been off college ? 

I am going to phone the doctors tomorrow but some ideas or advice would been really appreciated x
