Ok, this is the problem.. Our family wants to sell our lease holded takeaway but just when the landlord is about to sign the contract of buying the shop, he throws in a few speeches saying he demands £4000 extra to buy the house on lease hold or he wont sell it to them.

Is this even legal??, They have not even told us and not written it on the contract. This is unfair for us as we dont want to keep working. Is there anyway to solve this??
