I got my nose pierced in August 2017 and now it’s been a full year but my nose bump will not go away. The bump is extremely big and apparent (sometimes it will hurt and pus will come out). The bump is also red and kind of dried. I have tried everything from salt, aspirin, piercing aftercare and polysporin but nothing works. Please help!!!!!!!!

Is it an irritation bump, or is it a keloid? They are two different things.
An irritation bump is a bump caused by irritation, and will go away when the source of irritation goes away.
A keloid is a buildup of scar tissue, and will not go away. It will only grow. If you have a keloid, you should remove the jewelry and let it close.
It sounds more like an irritation bump though.
Go to a good piercer and have them put in high quality implant grade jewelry. This is jewelry that will not irritate the skin.
Then go to the drugstore and get sterile saline wound wash spray. This should be near the bandages. The only ingredients should be sodium chloride and water. Get some sterile gauze pads too. Saturate a gauze pad with the spray and hold it on the piercing for 5 - 10 mins. Do this morning and evening. Do this for at least a week before you decide if it is helping or not.
If it isn't, go to your doctor.
I've successfully treated keloids using topical steroid cream.
What Diane said, but mostly, they DO go away on their own, or at the very least, shrink. I have one on my nose too, and it hasn't gone away, but it's very tiny, now that I haven't messed with it.
If it's that much of a daily problem for you, you need to see a dermatologist. They will kill it from the root.
Go see a dermatologist to treat it
