So I told her I would be running today and now my stomach hurts so bad and I feel like I have to throw up. So now she thinks Im getting myself worked up and she's making me go but I don't think I can?!

Somethings can come from the anticipation, it might be an honest physical thing. Yet it might as well be a simply mental thing. Go for the run, runs like that can also help against sickness from the sweat produced and the energy used. Your body will simply not have enough power to puke if you use all your energy.
