No, spousal support is based on need and income and divorce is a civil legal permanent separation of the marriage, criminal DV charges don't come in to it
Additional to what? What would usually have been awarded? No. If you want him to pay for your injuries following domestic violence, you will have to sue him in a civil court. Alimony/spousal maintenance does not take into account any disputes between you. It is about the money. Who needs what to maintain....
Reading your comments, I have a feeling you were reading something online from a person pulling stuff out of their butt. It's very common and I see it a lot in here!
Spousal support (alimony) is run by each state, and then a lot always depends on the judge. But I can pretty much guarantee his charges won't impact their decision. Also, spousal support is becoming much less common. Women's equality means just that! It's possible if there are shared assets you're fighting over that a judge might be more tempted to award that asset to you, but that's probably as far as it goes.
Why would they? Domestic abuse charge dropped, but even if he was convicted that is not a reason for the support to be increased. It's based on income.
The court will award support (for children, if that's what you mean) base on calculations they use for everyone.
Some states put their child support calculator online, so if you want to check you can google Child Support Calculator + Your State's Name. it will give you an approximate result.
And if you were put through a lot of trauma during the marriage, you can ask for more of a divorce settlement generally, because of the trauma. Discuss it with your attorney

Why?
What does one thing have to do with the other?
Why should you get "additional" support because he was charged with something?
Make your case here as you will have to later in court.

You need to ask your lawyer this question.
Judges dont just award spousal support anymore as they once did.. Now its more focused on need and even then its not long term..
Judges rule on facts and not assumptions. If he was charged and never convicted the court cant use it against him

I don't think the courts award punitive damages that way. You're reward is the divorce and the division of assets.
