My husband doesn´t tell me that he loves me or cares for me, unless I ask him I don´t know what to do, sometimes I feel like leaving, I guess the reaon why he´s like that is because he´s cheating, because he´s very protective with his cell phone and hardly ever answer my calls,

Sounds like a cheater to me.
I suggest you get this out in the open and just ask him. If he doesn't feel comfortabel taking to you then have him write everything down. Let him know that you will not say a word and that you want him to be open with you. That you can talk about anything in peace and free of going off on him if he is indeed having an affair. There is a mature way of dealing with this. Communication is the key here. You shouldn't have allowed it to get to this point, but do not fret it can be fixed if you are both willing. Open up and talk. Pick a quite good time where there is no stress and plenty of time to talk and reconcile.
How long have you been married? My suggestion is that you read "The Proper Care & Feeding of Marriage" ... it's a great book for both husbands & wives.
