If she didn't make a lease with the landlord, or landlady of the home that she is living in now, then the landlord, or landlady has the right to evict her whenever he, or she wants.
I think the laws are only applicable to people who have thought of making a lease, and getting a landlord, or landlady to sigh it.
The problem she could have is if she didn't sign a lease, then she doesn't have proof that she has been living with you, and your parents, so since she doesn't have proof, then her status as a tenant is questionable.
In her shoes, I would probably move out immediately and stay with friends or family until I could secure a place of my own rather than stay where i knew I was no longer wanted.
So giving 30 days notice is generous
(unless of course you have any written and notarised contract)

It would be your parents who would give her a move out time frame. This is why you don't play house, you get legal papers.
I guess you mean fiancee with two e's? You need to give her however long she wants or needs. Does she even WANT to leave?
We have no clue where you live or who actually owns the house. Laws vary from location to location.
Two mature adults would sit down together and make a plan that works for both of them. You loved her enough to ask her to move in and marry you...
If you want to be fair about it, 30 days

It may not be easy for her to find a place. You need to give her all the time that she needs.
