I’ve been getting on the same bus company since primary school, and theres always been this man who is a shockingly bad driver. I’m talking nearly hit a kid, stops and starts bad driver. He’s rarely in the right lane, and goes from maybe 10mph to 60 in erratic bursts. It’s actually scary to be on the same bus as him. There have been times when he’s narrowly missed crashing the bus. I just find it hard to believe that such an impotent man could get the job of driving sChoolchildren. I’m in secondary now and he gives me really creepy vibes also, he stares at me inappropriately and always makes suggestive comments. What should I do about this??? He cLEARLY isn’t right for the job but I don’t want the bus company to get mad at me, as they’re close friends with the driver?

Report him to the organisation that issues Driving Licences, the Police, the company he drives for AND the School. The Bus Company can NOT get mad at you and ban you from the bus, as the bus company is working for the school.
REPORT him to your principal.
If your driver can't driving. So, you will change your driver.
Try walking, it's better for you anyway. You can enjoy a can of soda while you walk, then you can kick the can and flip a coin while you walk (which will kill time). You may even look around the neighborhood for a bike that you can "borrow" and then you can ride it down a street where dogs can chase you!! Whatever you decide, watch out for that crazy bus driver!! lol
Dont worry he s probably only drunk, old, or on tranquilizers !!!
Tell your folks
just to add, he’s crashed into a wall before, smashed someone’s windscreen and was inches from hitting a kid*****
You are in middle/secondary school -- meaning 13 years of age or less. You are not a driver. You don't know how to drive. YOU say the driver is "bad." You do not have the experience to say the driver is bad or not.
IF he was a bad driver, he would have had "accidents" prior, and would not be a school bus driver.
But you could get a camera and stand at the front of the bus, next to the driver, and video his "bad" driving.
"Impotent' might be an asset in bus driving. It is hard to believe that he has been able to drive like this for years with no problem.
The bus company does not get mad at people who are concerned about safety. Use your phone to record the drive to school. Tell your parents. Tell the school authorities.
*incompetent, not impotent. That’s something very different. Record it, then send in the footage
