You'll be fine. If you'ld looking for strength gains, I've go with Muscetech Gakic instead. In 5 days, I went from 175-195 on the bench. Both are great products. The leukic gives more rock solid muscle...of course for that to happen you have to have the muscle. Use gakic for the size, then later you can go with leukic for the full-ness.

Please do not believe any of that garbage propaganda. They would not even list their ingredients. If you want to build muscle, you should do it the old fashioned way. Do legs one day, arms the next, that way you give your body time to rest.

The reason why your muscles hurt after a hard workout is because they cannot grow in size and they 'burst' pretty much, and then a large muscle cell will replace it. So workout up to 5 days a week, arms and legs every other day, and then take the weekend off. Do not forget the cardio exercises!

It's never safe to take steroids! Just lift weight every other day, eat plenty of protein, get 8+ hours of sleep a night, and drink a lot of water.

its not steroids. its a form of protein/creatine/BCAAs (amino acids) that supposedly help you to gain muscle. in my opinion and many expert opinions, it is unnecessary and a waste of money. Just have a good diet which is healthy and full of protein - eat a balanced diet, and take a multivitamin, this will be more beneficial.
