Si quien va a atender a los comensales es un hombre (waiter), deberás decir 'mesero', 'camarero' o 'mozo'. Creo que en México suele decirse 'mesero'. Si, en cambio, es una mujer, deberás decir 'mesera', 'camarera' o 'moza'. Si no sabes quién los atenderá, puedes decir algo como 'De inmediato vendrá alguien a atenderlo / atenderte / atenderlos.'
