6850 hd needs 550 watts i have one, and ni general when looking for apsu you look at the wattage the graphics card needs and add 100 watts and psu's degrade over time.
i have this for my 1055t, 4 gigs of ram, and xfx 6850 hd:
has every connector under the sun including 24 pin mobo, 8 pin cpu, 2 x 6/8pin pci e, 8x molex, 8x sata. so everythign you need and more i can highly recommend this psu probabably the best i have ever owned just make sure you have a spare empty couple of drive bays to fit the spare cables

It has all your specifications, fits the price, and is more than capable. It's not modular, but hardwired PSUs are better anyway.
