When I went the gym I only participated in the aerobics classes!! I purchased Turbo jam and now I workout at home! I do it 5 days a week for about 45min and I rest on the weekends. Saves a lot of time and money!
I do about 30-45 min of cardio and weights for about 25min , 3days a week.
I do aerobics 3 times a week, and I run/walk every other day.
im 5'2",and i weigh 100 pounds,I never work out,except some basic weight lifting 3 times a week!oh,and i eat anything i want
