Go to lysandres cafe in lumiose, it's will be a red cafe next to the plaza, and you should see someone from team flare next to it, you will have to battle the two people inside and then check the bookcase to access the lab, after the battle continue to search the rest of the lab, eventually you'll find a room with a blue haired girl that will give you the elevator key, it's pretty self explanatory after that, this will lead you to the legendary, after you've caught it and battled lysandre again you'll be able to get past the construction workers :) hope this helps

You have to go to lysandires cafe then thayl be a waitress and a waitress man so kill them and say the password on a cubourd then you'll get to a lab and kill all the girls and boys then you will have to watch a vidio of the secret weapon coming out of the ground when you press the buttons press the blue one then hopefully you'll be able to get past the builders okay.
