In some contexts I think "help" would be used instead of support in English, perhaps emotional support etc... so it depends on context

You don't really have to say you, or your in Russian but if you wanted to you could say

Спасибо за вашу подержку

Спасибо Вам за помощь

Спасибо за вашу помощь

Спасибо за помощь

Спасибо за поддержку

If you want to point that you thanks all of them

Спасибо вам всем за помощь

If you want say it in official way as do it high managers
