One answer we can see in Scripture is one who does NOT confess that Jesus came in the flesh. Big Red Flag here for Jehovah Witnesses since they deny the physical resurrection of Jesus. They do deny him in the flesh right there. Another question is who denies the father and the son ? Big Red Flag here, Islam denies the father and the son.
