I've not seen the term 向答無用 before. The last two sentences in particular seem odd and don't look like real Japanese. And are all the sentences even connected to each other?
Since no-one else seems inclined to have a go at answering this, I'll give it a shot. I think the meaning is roughly:
"I finally had all sorts of ideas about publishing a book, but it's muggy (weather) so I kind of put it to one side.
Congratulations on an answer verging on useless.
This is a quesionnaire I received. If you don't like it, please consider taking it on."
But I have no confidence that this is correct, sorry! I'd be interested to see a response from a native speaker. Anyway, hope this can help with your translation a bit.
