No,being scared of screaming is not a phobia but it can be linked to other problems backed on how scared you are.you also could have had an experience of hearing screaming and then something

bad happens but often being scared of screaming is just a habit.

most people don't like arguing, but if it is screaming, then i'd say that it strikes your nerves in ways that it does not for others.

or it could be something happened that was accompanied by screaming when you were too young to consciously remember, but you do subconsciously.

or it could merely be that screaming means something bad is happening, but your mind multiplies it several times, even if it's not real, like in a movie for instance.

as far as a phobia, i suppose it could qualify as one, even if based on issues.
