Based on the link you gave that smoothie isn't that bad fat wise.It really isn't horrible anywhere. It has a decent value of nutrients such as calcium and iron and a relatively low caffeine content and the fact that they throw in some extra protein and fiber will help your body in many ways such as muscle growth, development, and bowel regularity. Now if you were to throw in the espresso shot option the caffeine may be a tad bit high.As for fattening like you were asking tho...it's really not all that fattening unless you are very inactive...but then again if you don't burn any calories at all anything can be.
curiously everybody isn't nicely counseled. specifications: 280 energy 2 servings of fruit (an particularly complete banana is mixed in plus the actual strawberry puree/some organic white grape juice) 2 oz..of milk (your decision or none in case you prefer) 2 scoops of fiber-protein powder (or none in case you prefer) 6 oz..ice NO SUGAR extra
