Back before supermarkets were competing to see who could make their own brands cheapest, Tesco had their own brand, Tesco Value, which was wrapped in a plain white packet (whatever the product was) with Tesco written in red, underlined by blue squares.
Now, Tesco has a more aesthetically pleasing wrapping design on their products, and they've been renamed Tesco Everyday Value.
The reason I'm asking is because I was looking at ground coffee beans, and Tesco's own looked quite well priced, and I just wanted to read other people's opinions. They're all quite positive, and I'm just wondering if the recipe/sources etc have been changed, or it's exactly the same contents, in a different packing. Does anyone know?
Opinons on the ground coffee too, if you have one, please :)

It's the same concept. They changed the name and the logo because people were embarrassed to buy anything with "Tesco Value" stamped on it. See http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2208028/Te...
Although, according to http://www.telegraph.co.uk/foodanddrink/9188573/Ev... they changed some of the recipes as well.
