Recently I was told that there products were genetically made and that contained "petrochemical hexane" or something like that. But I thing that eating this is best than eating frosted flakes right? So it's or not a healthy choice? and if not what would be an appropriate healthy cereal to eat?

definitely better than having a bowl of sugar (frosted flakes).
cheerios are also good for you... and you don't always have to have cereal for breakfast !

contains a good amount of fiber and protein for a low amount of natural sugar and its all natural ingredoents.
not processed or artifical like slecial k, corn flakes, cherrios (yes cherrios are unhealthy!!! third main ingredient is pure sugar.)
although, high in calories, extremely healthy for you!!!
