Some may say....oh no we need to be kumbaya and come together. Others will say the law is the law......if evidence is strong enough to legally prosecute it must be done as no man is above the law. Which is correct?
Update:matters like the ones he was investigated for by Mueller but where Mueller was blocked by Trump and the things Trump was impeached over that could be actual live investigations in the future by actual real law enforcers who are not his Roy Cohns.
Update 3:xyz congress did investigate trump...you are right but zero times without Trump cheating and lnterfering. You cannot win if you cheated.

The reason the Obama administration decided not to try to prosecute members of the Bush administration was because it would only irritate half the nation. One suspects the Biden administration will take the same path (unless they're really itching for mass chaos). Besides, Trump is facing cases that are already in the pipeline. Piling on would just exacerbate the divisions we already have.
In order to prosecute someone they must have committed a crime or at least been charged with a crime. Congress investigate him 4 times of 3 years and found nothing, so what crime would he be charged with?
It depends on the charges. Federal charges come BEFORE State charges.
Absolutely, we need to lock him up.
For what?
Name a single law you think Trump has violated???
A real law, not those made up crimes that he was impeached over.
