Is it true that ladies who have a lot of sëx age better than those who don't (serious question)?
I heard that when a woman/girl has sëx, her body makes more estrogen. I also heard that loss of estrogen is related to aging in women. So does that mean that women who have lots and lots of sex age better than those who don't?

I don't really know about this theory. Technically, it should work, but in real life, it doesn't always go by the theory. All of my girlfriends that entered relationships aged considerably in a matter of a year...
As with me, I do feel like I don't look the same I did when I first met my boyfriend, but it's also a matter of how you take care of yourself.
Hormonally, it is better, yeah, but relationships are also stressful, and for many, this can take a toll on their looks, no matter how much sex they have.
I'd guess a woman who's in a happy relationship and having plenty of sex with a partner she loves will probably age well because she's enjoying life in a positive way and just looks more relaxed and at ease with herself. I hope that's the case, anyway.
