Is it safe to eat a piece of cooked meat that was placed on a plate with raw meat, but then dipped in 160°F boiling broth to kill the germs?

It sounds crazy and stupid, I know, but for the sake of my mental health, I really want to know and get other people s input and opinion. I was at a hotpot today, with my friend and two of her co-workers (we ll call them 1 and 2, and friend is "F"). F, 1, and I have been to hotpot joints before, so we knew how to handle everything. 2 got the hang of it. At some point, 1 orders a bunch of meat and veggies as the meal continues; ordered stuff for the bbq. We go through the food no problem. 1 picks up four slabs of pork belly meat and throws it on the grill. Fine and dandy. When the meat is done, 1 puts the cooked meat back on a plate that was also holding raw meat. I know about cross contamination, and every fiber of my being was screaming as I watched 1 do this. But I didn t want to show my anxiety. So, I took a piece of the cooked meat and dipped it in my boiling broth (which was at a steady 160°F temp) for about five seconds, hoping to kill any bacteria that could ve transferred from the plate itself to the cooked meat. F, 1, and 2 didn t dip their meat in their boiling broths, just ate it off the plate. So far, it has been six hours since the meal, and none of them have gotten sick, or myself. However, I am utterly terrified of food poisoning, and thinking about it could give me a panic attack. So I m frantically searching the Web for answers that will tell me that I m safe from that.
