I was driving in the freeway when my tire blew out. When I went outside to check it also had taken some of the electrical wires with it. We were able to put it all back the way it was when we got home but it won’t start the lights and radio work but it won’t start why

WHy? The wiring is all messed up.
There are no wires by the tire.
Which car is this?
Does it crank? No? Get a jump. No joy, check if both starter terminals are getting power when the key is on Start. Check for a good starter ground. If it cranks, check for spark and fuel pressure. If you do not have any idea how to do this, get the vehicle towed to a garage.
Some of the damaged wiring may have caused a short-circuit which has drained the battery. Even a flat battery will usually work the lights and radio until it is completely deD.
Recharge the battery on an external charger and then thoroughly check all of the damaged wiring and also the wiring and insulation in ghe same vicinity at any points where it passes through holes in metal parts.

I'll go out on a limb and guess, that no you didn't, you just thought you did. With wires getting nailed, have you gone through all the fuses, the major and minors?
Some cars had cut off switches and when bumped, they automatically cut off the engine. Is your's such a car.
