All the graphics cards of the market are made by brans like HIS, ASUS, Powercolor, MSI, etc. They mostly only make the cooler, the GPU of all the cards is made by amd or nvidia. For example you can buy a 7850 of HIS or for Asus, the GPU would be the same but the cooler diferent, with different temperatures, clocks, noise, etc. So when you buy the HIS card, you're buying a card with a chip made by amd and a cooler and package made by HIS. This happens with ALL graphic cards.
