I’m scared. What should I do?
So I work in a convenient store and every morning this weird guy who walks awkward and wears a hat comes in every morning. This guy actually stares at me for minutes at a time, I thought I was paranoid, but one of my friends came in and noticed the same thing. Also after this guy leaves the store he waits in his car for 30 min before leaving. He doesn’t say anything and is really creepy. I’m scared and I don’t know what to do.

I agree you could talk to your boss, but another option is call the non-emergency # of the police and ask what they suggest . I don't blame you for being squicked out, especially the part where he sits in his car after leaving. The cops would probably be willing to come out and at least run the tags on his car when he goes into it.

Leave your job and go work in a different store. Let somebody else take care of your stalker!
Make your boss aware of this. He may be looking for an opportunity to rob you.
I would discuss it with your boss, this guy could just be disabled or “odd” but could also be a serious pervo.
Talk to him when other people can see and have a plan so a friend walks away with you where he can see and one of the opposite sex and any guy you know would do so someone knows what is going on and this good advice and please do it so you are safe and pray for angelic protection too.
