I’m 14 and 5’2”, I’m a girl. One time in English class we were talking about a character in a book we’re studying. That character is described as really short. I asked the teacher “could being a midget tell us anything?” but people called me short. I explained them that I’m not short but they STILL said I was short. I AM NOT SHORT! How do I explain to them that I’m not short, and why do they even think I’m short when I’m not?

I'm sure you'll have several growth spurts by the time you reach your true height as an adult,I know I did..At 14 I was 5'5" & thought I wouldn't be tall.By 21 I was almost 6'1"(yes I AM a woman) And trust me DON'T WORRY WHAT OTHERS THINK OF YOU their opinions do NOT matter.
be big.
You're average.
nothing wrong with being short
Omg why r u bothering urself with this 😂 it is none of your bussiness what ppl think of ya!
You are short, average height is 5'5-5'6. But you're only 14 still growing you stop when you're 18. But of course if your parents are short most likely you'll stay that height.
You're not exceptionally short; and besides, you're only 14 and you're still growing. You still have at least 6 more years of growing to do, before you reach your final adult height.
I'm grown and I'm 5',3", and I don't consider myself "short".
The average height for people over the age of 20 in the U.S. is 5',4" for a woman, and 5',9-1/2" for a man.
Gurl, you are short, stop fighting it

You are short. There's also nothing wrong with being short.
