I’m in very difficulty circumstances ,My brother decease in a car accident this year and left four kids elsewhere.

This wife who is not in the usa appoint me as a persona representative, she fax and send all the notarizes documents through mail.

One female in the usa declare to be my brother wife and fabricated false documents from out of the usa, my difficulty here is that how can I proof that she is not my brother’s wife and all of her claim is false?

I did obtain attorney who is working on this case, but even he is not sure,whethere the court will belive us and give the property of my brother to this young kids.

The women who is claiming to be my brother wife, her certificated was a fabricated by some religious elders. Suprisely enough, she also created a document and notary instating that my brother wife never appointed me as PR. It see that the documents was create for her from underground markets.
