I was arrested 3 years ago for a domestic violence misdemeanor 1, no body was injured as I was only trying to protect my self from assault in self defense. I pleaded guilty after consulting with my lawyer for a lesser charge. I never got any probation and had to pay fines.

You can be a convicted felon and still be able to file. It's your fiance's criminal record that matters, not yours. As long as she's clean, you're good to go.

God can not be considered by potential of the human eye. yet His eternal capacity and divine character are regularly occurring and clearly considered by potential of the flaws He has made. the actuality that God can not be considered does no longer mean He can not be regularly occurring. yet, in case you have been to look on the order of issues as being held consistent by potential of the author, who created all issues, you are able to start to work out the God, who became into and is helpful adequate to create this sort of suitable place even nevertheless He can not be considered immediately. Now faith is the insurance of issues was hoping for, the conviction of issues no longer considered. For by potential of it the adult men of previous gained approval. by potential of religion you recognize that the worldwide with each suitable creation became into arranged by potential of the observe of God, so as that what's considered became into no longer created from issues that are seen...!
Yes, you can. You'll have to provide your criminal record to USCIS who will pass it to the embassy interviewing your fiancee. Your fiancee will be fully notified of your record by the embassy.
