I’m 15 and I’ve literally applied for a job everywhere in my city and I can’t get a job. I haven’t even gotten any interviews. No calls, emails, nothing. It’s to the point where my dad rewrote my resume and wrote my cover letter so that it was flawless but still nobody’s interested in hiring me. I have plenty of volunteering experience, and a very open schedule. School is the only thing getting in the way. I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong? I even got rejected by McDonald’s. I seriously need some help with this.

Just be patient, something will come along, and sooner or later you'll get a call from someone eventually that is looking for help. If they don't call you back, set a day once a week and call them back, check in with them, introduce yourself, tell them you've applied for a position at their business, and was wondering what the status is on the position? If they don't answer the phone just leave the voicemail. And they should be able to tell you right away, they'll look your name up in their system, keep you posted to see if there's a position available, or they may not be looking for help at the time and just look elsewhere. Don't feel discouraged if they tell you their not hiring. And if the interview didn't go well and they call and tell you their not interested in hiring you then look else where. I wish you the best of luck :)
you're too young
a resume at 15 with no actual job experience at all? that is a total waste of time and paper
unless jobs require a resume, simply submitting an application at the job is sufficient
if you were rejected by McDonald's they very likely have applicants who are older than you that they will hire before you, 15 is a very early age to try to get work
Don't worry too much about it- you're only 15. There are lawyers and accountants who can't get jobs these days. I have a masters degree and no one would hire me either. But you are lucky cause you're still so young and so it's not nearly as bad for you as many people who are trying to support themselves and their families. There are people with doctorates who are living on the streets and that's unfortunately how it is now, but within a month or so everyone will be hiring for seasonal employment so there's a much better chance you'll find something then- places like Target, Walmart, etc. always like hiring teens for dayside jobs. Just keep trying and don't worry about it. Oh and since you are 15 you can get a work permit since you may not be of legal working age, that should help too.
A large number of places will not even hire someone under 18 and others have 16 as a minimum age. Being 15 is your problem
Very few places will hire a 15 year old. Federal child labor laws have heavy restrictions on what hours and how many hours you can work, and it doesn't fit what most employers need. Apply again when you're 16. good luck.
Most businesses will not hire people under the age of 16 due to the restrictions on younger employees.
You may have to wait until you are a year olded
Isn't it illegal to get a job at 15..? I'm pretty sure the legal age is 16.
Then again, I'm in the U.S. I don't know if it's different for other countries.
haha no one cares
Reason is because you probably don't have a reliable transportation. Walmart is always hiring.
