I’m a full time Cake Decorator and recently I’ve had this pain between my thumb and pointer finger.. where you hold the bag basically..?
I was wondering if anyone had any advice to get rid or prevent it?! I know Carpal Tunnel is common

It could be tendonitis or arthritis in the thumb joint. Use ice or heat and try Aleve. Try to alternate hands until it's better.
Get some CBD cream. It's expensive but relieving
