She has a boyfriend but the reason for her giving me the # is to join an activity outside of my job. It has to do with her job but idk honestly, what should I do?

I imagine she kinda fancies you. Go for it! You might find you fancy her too. (Just because she has ONE bf doesn't mean she can't accommodate another ... and another, and another. In fact, in my view, one bf/gf is WAY too few!)
