gotta get a job. money won't come magically to you. wait until you're 16, and start applying to places. retail, fast foot, bowling places, grocery stores, movie theaters, etc. get a part time job. some high schools have job fairs where local and national places will come and you can apply there at your school. talk to a counselor or adviser on how to get a job.
assuming this is your first job, you need references since you have no prior work history. these aren't friends or family, as they can't be used to give honest opinions. you need teachers, coaches, maybe religious leaders, or other adults that know your character and work ethic to use them as references. ask for their permission in person and get their preferred contact info.
you could also try looking at temp agencies too. they can range from general office work to warehouse and other labor. though you might not be old enough for that yet.
whenever you go apply online, it should say what the minimum age is required to work said job. so look out for that. otherwise, just apply with your age and see what happens.
