I would say the first one with the courtroom simulation. But who says that you can conduct an experiment like this. Especially when it has the chance of being completely unethical and maybe can't even produce well enough results. Maybe the sample size just won't be big enough.
The neighborhood is more sociological.
I think the classes in college might just be the trend. Studys shown that when CSI first came out majors in forensics and classes have increased exponentially.
