You might love him but does he love you? He definitely doesn't respect you. Cheated more than once, you are the idiot if you take him back or stay with him. You can't do better? Of course you can. Dump him and move on.
What you're calling "love" clearly isn't. I would hope that your parents are presenting a better model to you of what love is. If they aren't, look for other people you know who clearly love each other, treat each other well, and don't abuse each other. What you're calling "love" is your desire to be in love, and your fear that you'll never find anyone else. People who love each other can make mistakes, but they don't keep doing it over and over. You don't want to deal with the (temporary) bad feelings you'll have if you dump him, and those can be bad. But it's better to feel bad for a short period of time than allow yourself to be used and abused for years and years.
Dump him. He's not worth your time. You deserve someone so much better that respects you. The hard truth is that if he keeps cheating on you, he doesn't care about you at all. You deserve so much better with someone that loves you and respects you.

He doesn't love you. You deserve better. He will just cheat on you over and over and you never know how many girlfriends he has.

You need serious help.
How the hell can you possibly love someone who clearly doesn't love you and has cheated several times? Fix your self-esteem and dump the creep.
