Back in the early 90's, some students at MIT ran a website about stocks. It had online stock charts which was unusual at the time and they also had a stockmarket game based on the 15 minute delayed data. There would always be a few players that would turn a few dollars into millions within a week most likely because of access to data without the 15 minute delay. If you know then what you know now, the sky's the limit. It only takes a very slight edge in information to make a huge difference. One really can't answer such a question realistically cause we already know what's happened since 2006.
