i suggest community college fir the first year or two. a strong record there will let you transfer to a better college than you can probably get into with your high school record

Community colleges take everyone even high school drop outs. Im sure you can get int a university if you have a half-decent gpa.

What is your unweighted cumulative gpa? That and your ACT/SAT score will matter greatly
Again, it depends on what your unweighted cumulative gpa is. I would say with 2.5 and an ACT of 21+ you could get into one of your state universities
