With mail in voting, they may not all be in by Nov. 3. The news is already saying they aren’t going to be. So will Nancy Pelosi take over until all the votes come in? Also, where will President Trump live during this time IF all the votes aren’t in. Details appreciated.

No. Trump will be president until January 20th. If a winner isn't determined by then, Nancy Pelosi will fill in as president until a winner is determined. Although, if Republicans win control of the House of Representatives, they could appoint a new Speaker of the House who would take over instead. New terms for members of Congress start a week before the new term for the president starts.
No. Pallet switch or not received by election day will not be counted towards the outcome of the election. Any votes cast by election day will be counted and the winner of the presidential race we determined that way. Now Trump has sometimes spoken of the possibility of delaying the election or of results not being known for months. Thing is that this stuff help it because, per the Constitution, is term, in the term of Mike Pence, expire at noon on January 20th 2021. If there are re-elected then no big deal they will simply get sworn in again. However, if there is no result of the election then they will cease being president and vice president on January 20th. In that case the presidency will devolve next to the Speaker of the House. If Democrats retain control of Congress, as they almost certainly will, then the speaker of the house will be Nancy Pelosi and he will become president.
The Motel 6 guy is a big trumpster.
The sitting president stays in office till January of 2021.
Yes. of course. And Chuck Schumer becomes the Vice President, because as everyone knows, the President has to leave the White House the day after the election if he loses.
