Hard to say, depends on what type of lightsaber are you referring to.[They're beam sabers from alot of other series as well]
The Star Wars lightsabers are genraly pretty powerful, but since I dont know the nature of superman's invincibility powera[How it works in its own series],its hard to compare.
Still,Superman is pretty strong,I'm gonna say partially but not fully. Its not gonna be easy one way or the other,Lightsaber have some difficulty cutting through steel, even vibroblades.
However, maybe if you can put Kryptonite as the focusing crytal of the saber[You need a Force user to syncrhronise it for you],then maybe it will work, assuming the Krytonite is suitable to generating beam sabers in the first place. The properties will probably be deadly to Superman,in that case,it will pierce him.
Other than that, its a vague and hypothetical question from different fictional serieses,so its hard to give a real answer.

Only a light saber based on kryptonite rays could hurt him... a project Lex Luther has in mind.
What do you mean by light sabor?
Is it made out of styrofoam? Cardboard? Krypton?
Dang, girl! Did you take some smart pills this morning?
The light would reach critical angle and totally internally reflect such that the energy would be completely absorbed.
