I think I know the difference between allí and allá, is my way right?
I think I know the difference between allí and allá,
for example if I said my grandfather is buried there in a conversation but the graveyard is 30 miles it would be allí because its precise
Mi abuelo está enterrado allí.
and allá is unprecised
for example,
its beautiful over there in that town, and its 30 miles away too but its unprecise the area im talking about
Es muy bonita allá

You’re more or less on the right track. Look at these rough translations:
allá – over there
allí – there
ahí – right there
BTW, it’s “Es muy BONITO allá”, not “Es muy BONITA allá”. You use “bonita” only to refer to something in the feminine gender. To refer to something in the masculine gender or neutral (as in this case), use “bonito”.
Espero que esto te haya ayudado.
